SMEhub.world is an online business directory that allows businesses to create, claim and manage listings, and allows users to view listings, submit reviews, send enquiries and communicate through the platform.

SMEhub.world does not provide professional, financial, legal or trade advice and does not guarantee the quality, suitability, legality or availability of any business, product or service listed on the Website.


3. Eligibility and Accounts

To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate, current and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.


4. Business Listings

4.1 Creating and claiming listings

Businesses may:

  • Create new listings; or
  • Claim existing listings that relate to their business

By submitting or claiming a listing, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to act on behalf of the business
  • All information provided is accurate, current and not misleading

4.2 Public visibility

Listings are public by default. Information you choose to include in a listing may be visible to the public and indexed by search engines.

You are responsible for deciding what information to publish.


5. User Content (Listings, Reviews, Messages)

5.1 Responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, including:

  • Listing information
  • Images, logos and media
  • Reviews and ratings
  • Messages and enquiries

You must not submit content that:

  • Is false, misleading or deceptive
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights
  • Is defamatory, abusive, offensive or unlawful
  • Contains malware, spam or unauthorised advertising

5.2 Licence to use content

By submitting content, you grant SME Hub International a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving SMEhub.world.


6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must:

  • Be based on genuine experiences
  • Be honest, accurate and respectful
  • Not be submitted in exchange for incentives or to unfairly harm competitors

We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove reviews that breach these Terms or applicable laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or that all reviews will be published.


7. Messaging and Enquiries

SMEhub.world provides messaging and enquiry functionality between users and businesses.

You agree to use these features responsibly and must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages
  • Harass, threaten or abuse other users
  • Use messaging features for unlawful purposes

We are not responsible for communications between users and do not guarantee responses from businesses or users.


8. Verification

Some listings may display a Verified status.

Verification:

  • Is not automatic and is subject to a verification process
  • Confirms that a business has claimed its listing and completed verification requirements
  • May require the display of an SMEhub.world verification badge on the business’s own website

Verification does not:

  • Constitute endorsement, recommendation or certification
  • Guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services

We may revoke verification at any time if requirements are no longer met or if information becomes inaccurate.


9. Free, Verified and Future Paid Features

SMEhub.world may offer different listing tiers or features, including free and enhanced options.

At present:

  • No payments are required to create or manage listings
  • Paid features may be introduced in the future

If paid services are introduced:

  • Fees and terms will be clearly disclosed
  • Additional terms may apply
  • Payment providers (such as Stripe) may be used

10. Intellectual Property

All content on SMEhub.world (excluding user-submitted content), including text, logos, graphics, software and branding, is owned by or licensed to SME Hub International and protected by intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute or exploit Website content without prior written consent.


11. Third-Party Links and Services

Listings may include links to third-party websites. SMEhub.world does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for:

  • External websites or services
  • Goods or services offered by listed businesses
  • Loss or damage arising from interactions with third parties

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SMEhub.world is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
  • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness or availability
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Interactions between users and businesses

14. Suspension and Termination
